In light of the ongoing outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Andy Church Computer Repairs would like to reassure our business and residential clients, that we have put additional steps in place to ensure everybody stays safe.

We have put together a number of measures designed to make health and safety a top priority whilst still enabling clients to have their devices repaired efficiently and safely.

We have made some changes to the way our technicians visit you. We now offer a “contact free” collection and delivery service for all repairs. We would ask you to have your machine ready, unplugged with all cables by your door if one of our technicians is personally collecting it. If you would require us to collect your machine from inside the property, we would ask that you kept at least two meters from our technician and ensure the room is well ventilated. We will however, at first instance try and repair your machine remotely if this can be done.

The technician will stay at least two meters away and we ask that you could kindly do the same once our technicians collects your device.

Listed below are the measures we have put in place to ensure that our workshop and office environments are safe:

Hands are washed before and after contact with machines although all technicians will wear protective gloves if requested when handling machines.

Workshop areas are disinfected after each repair has been completed.

We will continue cleaning the office and workshop areas to our usual high standard and use anti-bacterial spray-on door handles, handrails, and other areas of multiple contact.

We will continue this practice throughout the day and all areas of contact are cleaned with anti-bacterial products between jobs.
